These are the official return/exchange policies for Red Ring

Return Policy

We offer a 30 Day money back guarantee from the date the product is delivered to the shipping address via USPS (please see below for guarantee specifics) for all products. You MUST contact our support team to receive a return authorization in order to be issued a refund.

Customer may only return 1 used Red Ring device per 30 days since the date of purchase. All other devices in the original order will need to be unopened in original packaging to be returned for a refund.

 

For Example:

 

Customer buys 3 Red Ring devices and returns after one month. We will ONLY accept 1 used device and 2 unopened devices.

 

Any “opened” devices outside of these guidelines will not be accepted for a refund.

Exchange Policy

·         If you would like to exchange your product for any reason, you MUST contact within 7 Days from receipt of delivery.
PLUS, the product must be in NEW condition and unopened.
